Required Skills:
* Possess at least 2-3 years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, and development in Ruby

* You write high quality stuff: you follow web standards, you document, you appreciate the beauty of well-formed code
* Visual design skills and appreciation preferred but not mandatory
* Familiarity with Adobe CS applications and Flash is a bonus
The ideal candidate is:
* Adaptive & flexible – you thrive in a fast paced environment, doing iterative work and are comfortable with ambiguity
* A quick learner – you’re comfortable digging into legacy systems and hacking existing code
* Able to prioritize and work well under pressure
* Results focused – you’re a self-starter, a self-manager, and are motivated by problems and challenges
