Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Web Developer to join our rapidly growing team. You
should have the ability experience building highly usable Web 2.0 applications – experience building self service applications is a huge plus.
With primary responsibility for our portal applications as well as our corporate websites, we are looking
for a web developer with strong web design and development skills and experience in rapidly bringing web applications to market.

Web-Based Applications – You will have ownership for implementing their self-service applications.
You may also drive the information architecture, flow and wireframes (depending on skill set) for their
full suite of web-based applications. You will be responsible for developing highly usable and
functional, while aesthetically pleasing, user interfaces.

Corporate Websites – You will have ownership for implementing and maintaining their corporate
websites. You may also drive the information architecture and flow (depending on skill set) for
client’s corporate websites.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

5+ years of strong web application development experience especially building apps with heavy user
loads

Experience building web-based self-service applications desired

Experience with the following web technologies, including: HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, JSP is
required

Experience with Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Flex is desired

Experience with MySQL, web content management systems, and how to apply SEO techniques to
corporate websites is desired

Excellent attitude especially working in a fast paced, multi-team environment

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail

4 year degree in computer science or related field is desired
