Though she has primarily staffed engineering teams within the Silicon Valley, she has also hired talent all over the United States as well as in Japan and India. Christie has a loyal and A caliber client list of which she has provided high quality results for over a decade. She began her career as an employee of a Silicon Valley based recruitment agency and quickly began placing engineers within local companies. Using her knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes she then spent over 7 years specializing in placing talent within Start-ups, as early as their seed funding stage. She most recently hired development and leadership teams for both AOL and Google.
