Sr. Managing Partner has over 12 years of Global talent search experience. Though she has primarily staffed engineering teams within the Silicon Valley, she has also hired talent all over the United States as well as in Japan and India. Using her knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes she then spent over 7 years specializing in placing talent within Start-ups, as early as their seed funding stage. She most recently hired development and leadership teams for both AOL and Google.
